Mango Bread

(2) 2-1/2  cups of Mango finely chopped
3 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups flour
3/4 cup of oil (Crisco)
(1) 1/2-cup
1/2 cup raisins
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lime juice
Sift dry ingredientss together, stir in eggs and oil.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter
into 2 greased and floured 9x5x2 loaf pans and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
Sour Cream Biscuits

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup sour cream
(1) 1/2 tablespoons water

Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.  Add sour cream and mix to a soft dough. Add
additional water if necessary.  With well floured hands shape dough into round biscuit shapes.  Bake at
450 degrees for 12 minutes.
